Can I check out as a guest?
Because some products are downloadable an account is required for purchasing products. This allows you to check your order and download the product from your account page.
Where is my download?
At the time of purchase you were taken to a page with a link. The link let you access the download from your account. You were also sent an email with a link to your download. Your download link is good for 24 hours, per the Terms & Conditions you agreed to at the time of purchase.
In the rare case that both these options failed, you can submit an email with the day, time and which products you purchased, and a note that you did not get the download. I will check your account and your order and see what occurred and get back to you.
How do I get a refund?
Per the Terms & Conditions you are required to agree to before purchasing any products, all products from the Transformative Productions store are digital in nature and cannot be returned or refunded. Every effort has been made to give you enough information to make a choice to purchase a product or not. Make sure you carefully look over the product information before purchasing.
In cases of audio, video or streaming products, there will be a page specific to that product with samples or detailed information. This is separate from the main store page so make sure your review these pages before your purchase.
