After you complete your purchase, you will receive an email receipt. The email includes a unique link for you to download the content that you have purchased, and for you to generate an invoice if they need one.

If you do not see the email, first check your spam or junk folder to see if it was diverted there.
If you still do not see it there use the contact section of this website to email me. If there is a typo in your email address you will not receive the download email. When you contact me I can check to see if the email was correct on the order.

The download links expire after 3 downloads.
To keep files secure, and decrease theft, there is a limit on how many times you can download the file.
Make sure you have a stable internet connection when you initiate the downloads. If you are using WIFI, or your internet speed is very slow it can interrupt the download process. This is why it is set for three tries at downloading.

When you receive the email with the download link, there is also at the end of the email that says “Need an invoice?” And a link to the right that will generate an invoice for you.

All sales are final. All products in the Transformative Productions Shop are digital in nature. There is no way to insure a total return of a product. There are no returns or refunds. There are product views, and in the case of mp3s or streaming there will be a link to the products page in the store item description that you can go to and experience a sample of the product before purchase.
Check these samples out before purchasing the product so you will be fully informed.
The Terms & Conditions you agree to when you make a purchase clearly state this policy.

Yes. The copyright at the bottom of the page will note that you have permission to reproduce the form for the use in your office with your clients.
You may not share the form(s) with anyone else.
