Downloads
When you purchase a downloadable product, you will be able to download it immediately through your account.
You will have 48 hours to download your product so make sure you download it within the allotted time. The system is set for a specified time for downloads to prevent fraud and theft. If you are not able to download right after you make your purchase, you should wait until you are able to do so to make your purchase.
Downloads may be in a zip file. You can do a search to find how to unzip on your device. Each operating system may have a different mechanism for unzipping zipped files.
You may have to unzip on a computer first and then transfer it to a tablet or mobile phone depending on your device.
