There are many people who have not experienced being supported or lost the support they had. This activity give you the opportunity to practice receiving support using an inanimate object.
People have reported realizing they have been holding more stress in their body than they were aware of because when doing this activity the experienced a letting go they did not know was possible.
The second track is harp music. This allows you to just drop further into the relaxation and see of support.
